New decision interpreting Section 2403 regarding prejudicial evidence

Please note the following new decision, ordering a new trial based on 12 OS 2403 for prejudicial evidence of a prior conviction in a vehicle negligence case.   http://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=479202
